To make your Rudolph and Reindeer Decorations you will need:
How to make your decorations:
- Start by cutting out cups from an egg box. (Children should always be supervised when using scissors)
- Paint your cups brown and leave to dry
- Once dry, add a dot of glue to a pom pom of choice and secure in place for the nose. Remember that Rudolph has a red nose!
- Next, grab your card and cut out some features, we cut out antlers and a little smile from cream card and ears from brown card
- Once your have all your features, simply glue them in place on one of your brown cups and wait for the glue to dry.
- Using card again, cut out mini bow ties and stick these to a second brown cup to act as the body of the reindeer
- Finally, stack your decorated cup on top of your plain cup and you have your wobbly reindeers!
Alternatives:
Why not try adding different expressions to each reindeer to give them each a different personality
For extra decoration add some jingle bells to the reindeer by threading them onto ribbon/string around the reindeer’s neck
